Well maintained cars at a reasonable price during holiday period when the better known suppliers were charging rip-off prices and had huge queues at their airport desks. Only a few minutes from Launceston airport and very fast service.Staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful.Will use East Coast in future.
From start to finish my experience with East Coast Launceston was wonderful. Exceptional customer service from the two gentlemen at the desk as well as the super friendly man who met us on our return and then took our car to be washed. My only regret is not getting your names so I could thank you properly. Will certainly use your services again.

Although there were some major paperwork hiccups to resolve before we managed to drive off into the sunset it was initially completely out of the control of the Manager and staff. As the issue was being dealt with and successfully resolved we received the same fabulous, friendly, and patient service as always. Thanks guys:-)
