Disappointed they don't open after the last Qantas flight leaves
Major upgrade needed. Even for a regional airport the facilities are very poor especially the toilets. Devonport facilities which services a population 1/3 the size is much better. Definitely better off using the general public area and facilities.
Thought I'd share this bit of important information: lounge opens 90mins prior to each Qantas operated service. If you arrive earlier than that, you may not get in. Inside is a basic setup with drinks and drinking snacks. Not bad if you only need a nibble but a few sandwiches wouldn't hurt and would cost next to nothing. Place was clean and can be kept clean if everyone put their rubbish in the bin.
Shabby when open. It's better if it's closed
Closes at 5pm even though my QANTAS flight is not until 7:30pm.Limited snacks, and empty bottles and cups everywhere. Pretty unwhelming overall.
